At Alex the Trucking Guy (ATG), we are committed to transparency, compliance, and fairness in everything we do. We’ve structured our fees to be simple, upfront, and fully aligned with industry standards, ensuring that our partners understand exactly how their investments are managed.

1. Mentorship Fee – $100 One-Time

This covers your onboarding and personalized training with Alex the Trucking Guy. You’ll gain access to insider knowledge, proven strategies, and ongoing guidance to set you up for success in the trucking and logistics industry.

2. Toolkit Setup Fee – $1,105 One-Time

To operate efficiently, you’ll need access to professional tools. This fee covers your complete setup, including:

• DAT Load Board (Pro Access)

• Truckstop Pro

• Dispatching Software & CRM

• Compliance Monitoring Systems

• Tracking and Reporting Tools

This one-time setup ensures you are equipped with the same professional resources used by top carriers and logistics companies nationwide.

3. Managed Account Profit-Sharing – 80/20 Model

• You keep 80% of the net profit.

• We retain 20% as a management and compliance fee, which covers dispatch, operations, reporting, and regulatory oversight.

4. Compliance & Escrow-Like Safety Guarantee

For legal and compliance reasons, and in line with IRS reporting requirements, the 20% management fee must be settled before any withdrawal is released to your account.

To protect you, this 20% is held by our compliance department in a secure escrow-like system.

• Your payout is always processed first: You will receive your 80% share directly into your wallet.

• Only after your funds have cleared and are confirmed in your account is our 20% released to ATG.

This system ensures fairness, transparency, and safety for both parties — your earnings are prioritized, and you never have to worry about hidden deductions or unfair practices.
